Frequently Asked Questions
How many men are in each cohort?
Past cohorts have had 5-8 frum men, which has been a nice size for bringing a powerful group energy while still allowing for each individual's presence to be felt. When you apply, feel free to ask how the upcoming cohort is shaping up!
Is this confidential?
For sure. Each past group has been composed entirely of sincere frum men who understand the importance of privacy, and we've never had a problem. With that said, if you have any specific concerns, please feel welcome to reach out. I'm happy to discuss any group procedures that might be uncomfortable and see what we can do.
Also, keep in mind - as much as we encourage openness with the group, you never have to share more than you're comfortable with.
Can I upgrade to private coaching?
Of course! I've had group clients upgrade to six-month 1:1 packages, as well as six-month 1:1 clients trade in some of their sessions in order to join the group. My goal is to provide the best support I can, and I'm open to working that out with you over time.
Also, keep in mind that the group program itself now includes an option for discounted 1:1 sessions, so that's an option as well.
What if I miss one of the group sessions?
It happens. With a group of busy frum family men, it's challenging for everyone to make it to every call. AI Notes from Gemini are available for all sessions (shared only with group members), and you'll have access to the WhatsApp group to stay connected. With that said, each person adds a lot to the group with their presence on the calls, so try your best to make it!
