Deep, one-on-one coaching for the frum man who is ready to discover a whole new level of living. One that transforms four key areas of life: emotional wellbeing, Yiddishkeit, marriage, and parnassah.
Most of my clients come in feeling stuck. They leave with a different inner world. And when the inner world changes, the outer world follows.
These are the phases of the journey:
You feel like things are not as they should be, but you don't see how you can make a change.
Feeling unclear on your direction
Repeating the same patterns
Feeling like there's nothing to be done
Not living up to your potential
Through honest conversations you gain a life-changing new mindset. "Dreams" start becoming reality.
Seeing new paths toward the life you want
Feeling better, stronger, and happier
Thinking bigger about what's really possible
Actualizing a vision that had felt like a dream
You see that getting unstuck wasn't the end. It was actually only the beginning.
Striving for your Ultimate Shlichus in this world
Adopting an Infinite Mindset in every area
Growing in income and impact, year after year
Making family life better and better all the time
Ashirus is not just about money. And it is not just about spirituality.
It is about both — fully integrated, each one supporting the other.
The Rebbe's approach is to start with wealth on the inside. What does that actually include? Here are some of the foundations.
Real, deeply felt emunah in Hashem, His Torah, and the Rebbe.
Clarity about your purpose that translates into daily motivation.
Consistent confidence that you have everything you need to succeed.
Understand your emotions and maintain wellbeing, no matter what happens.
This is where the inner work shows up in the real world. Key words from the Parshas Terumah sicha: "a successful life, also in this world.”
Your parnassah - abundant, honorable, and not so stressful.
Your impact in the world - growing bigger and more exciting all the time.
Your wife - excited to be deeply connected with you.
Your children - joyfully following the example you're modeling for them.
We start with an honest look at where you are across both dimensions of Ashirus. What is working. What is not. You share with me what is really going on for you. My first job is to listen, understand, and get a sense of how I might help.
The Rebbe said Ashirus is for everyone, but what your Ashirus looks like is unique to you. We'll define it clearly for you based on what great success would look like over the next six months. The desired outcomes you specify are the core of our work together.
Sometimes the obstacles are obvious practical challenges. Sometimes they're much deeper. Sometimes it's hard to tell. We'll get clear on exactly what the real challenges are and start systematically removing them.
In each coaching session, we take one challenge or goal and aim for a breakthrough - a new way forward in your mindset, actions, or both. Then you go and execute. If you choose a coaching package with WhatsApp Support, I support you throughout the week!
Four key coaching experiences I've had the opportunity to be part of many times over.
The first 6 to 8 coaching sessions often turn out to be some of the deepest, most transformative conversations you'll ever have, as we break down your old mindset and start building a new one.
In regular everyday conversation, dreams are fleeting thoughts. We think about how nice they would be and forget about them. In Ashirus Coaching, we capture your dream and turn it into a project, and then - with Hashem's help - a reality.
It could be a big business move, a wave of new donors to your Chabad house, a new job, or a successful salary negotiation. I've seen them all. Most clients cover their investment in coaching from this key moment alone.
The Kotzker Rebbe said, "Where is Hashem? Wherever He is allowed in." Letting Hashem into our lives more and more is a key part of all this growth - and maybe the most enjoyable benefit of all.
These men invested in coaching, put in the work, and discovered a new experience of life. You can too!

There are many great coaches out there. Here’s what makes Ashirus Coaching unique.
This is not generic life coaching. This is premium, deep coaching with the rigor and results of executive-level work. The standard is high because the Rebbe's vision is high. And deep down, that highest level of living is what we want as well.
Everything I help you work through — the internal blocks, the relationship challenges, the big financial moves — I have been through myself. I coach from the other side of those experiences.
Most coaches specialize in one area. I hold all four at the same time. In real life they are all connected — and treating them separately never fully reveals what is truly possible.
Through years of thought, study, research, and experience, I've compiled the Ashirus Framework. It is densely packed with life-changing wisdom, made simple and easy for you to apply quickly.
Leaders in the frum community who have seen my work up close.
Aryeh Gurewitz has proven to be an outstanding guide for a diverse range of individuals. Teenagers, rabbis, and business professionals alike have greatly benefited from his coaching. Soft-spoken yet full of conviction, Aryeh reveals possibilities you might not have considered, opening new doors for personal and professional growth.
Aryeh demonstrates a remarkable talent for mastering cutting-edge coaching strategies and seamlessly integrating them into his work with clients. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a dedicated and skilled professional.
Aryeh Gurewitz brings depth, clarity, and integrity to his work with clients. Grounded in Chassidus, his coaching translates timeless wisdom into real shifts in mental health, business, and family life.
Aryeh's coaching program has had a meaningful impact on many areas of my life. It also helped me expand my Shlichus in ways I didn't think were possible. What I found most unique is that his foundational ideas are rooted entirely in the teachings of Chassidus, a field he understands with real depth and clarity.
Aryeh Gurewitz is so much more than a “success coach.” He's a true friend who cares and is wholeheartedly invested in your success - and that support never wavers, even after you complete the sessions ... It has changed me for the better, personally and professionally.
As a coach, Aryeh has a true talent for helping individuals break through personal and financial limitations in a way that is both empowering and deeply aligned with their mission. If you’re looking for someone who can truly transform the way people think, feel, and act, Aryeh is the one to call.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy - according to its dictionary definition - is about healing pain or illness.
Coaching is about seeing a person who has great potential within him, helping him start owning that potential, and removing blockages to his ever-increasing success.
Think of a professional sports team. Coaches help healthy players maximize their performance, while doctors and physical therapists restore injured players to a condition where they can play in the first place. Both are valuable, but they serve very different purposes.
In my experience, coaching is far more helpful for most men in the frum community — even for emotional well-being, as surprising as that may sound. The main exceptions are cases of addiction, severe mental health conditions, or those seeking emotional support rather than an approach that emphasizes personal responsibility.
How long will it take to see results?
I've consistently found that clients who put in a proper effort can achieve significant mental and emotional shifts in 2-3 months of consistent coaching (8-12 sessions with homework in between).
Through effective coaching, significant internal shifts can happen much faster than you'd expect. Each and every coaching session has the potential to initiate real changes if the client, if the client arrives with an open mind and true commitment.
The maintenance of those initial mindset shifts, as well as the application of them to achieve external goals - for example, lasting improvement in shalom bayis - tend to unfold more gradually over time.
What is the price per session?
I hesitate to immediately share a price, for two reasons.
1. It's not the right mindset for purchasing coaching. The way to think about buying coaching goes more like this: "What changes in my life and my business do I want from coaching, and what dollar value would I put on those changes?" So it's about the price of the package and the value of the desired outcomes, not the price of the session. (I myself have made the investment in a $500/session coach and a $1500/session coach, and they were worth every penny!)
2. I offer a number of options for packages with slightly different rates. Most likely, if we're a good fit to work together, one of my packages will make sense for your budget, because I try to keep my pricing in a range that an average frum man with a budget for therapy/coaching can afford. This will be even more true if increasing your income is one of your goals!
With that in mind, I would suggest filling out the application, which will take you through the full process of thinking through what you could gain and then reviewing the package options.
Fill out the application below. If it seems like we're a good fit, I'll be in touch to schedule your session.
